A production reality that has set the standards for all the wineries that were born later in the area, and which, over the decades, has always stood out for the production of high quality labels. This Trento Spumante Brut Maximum is no exception, blanc de blancs which well expresses the characteristics that must never be missing in a fine bubble: minerality, freshness and balance of aromas. The Maximum from the Ferrari winery is a Trento Spumante Brut that embodies all the purity of the grape from which it originates, Chardonnay. The vines grow in the shade of the mountains of Trentino, in vineyards located at a height of between 300 and 700 meters above sea level, with exposure to the south-east and south-west. The grapes, harvested manually in the first half of September, after vinification, referment in the bottle for the second time, remaining in contact with their lees for at least three years. Maximum is a Trento Spumante Brut that shows a straw yellow color in the glass; the perlage that is found in the eye is fine-grained, with excellent persistence. The range of aromas that develops on the nose is fragrant, with fruity and floral notes that slowly give way to shades of yeast. In the mouth it has a soft and velvety foam, with a pleasantly fresh mineral sip set on a perfectly balanced texture; ends with a finish characterized by excellent intensity. The Maximum from the Ferrari winery is a very versatile bubble, which accompanies both informal aperitifs and more ceremonial occasions with the same elegance.
