WO2 Amerikaans M1 Garand / M1903 Rifle Sighting Device

Aparte kartonnen (met bewegende delen) sighting device voor training met het m1 garand geweer, en m1903 rifle. Aan de voorzijde kan je de cross hairs aanpassen, en aan de achterkant kan je de elevation knob en wind gauge aanpassen. Nog niet eerder gezien. Bijzondere accessoire voor bij je M1! 

This is an U.S.Army Graphic Training Aid (GTA) from WWII period
To use the device, the soldier sets windage and elevation on back of GTA using a pencil or bullett tip. Then they manipulate the sights from the front until they have correct sight alignment. The intent of this GTA was to train soldiers on the importance of proper sight alignment. On back are two elevation settings. One is for the M1 Garand and the other is for the M1903 Springfield.
