Constructed of maple plywood, this board serves as an exciting expert level balance trainer. The Bongo helps improve balance and proprioception while increasing core strength and stability. The double ball bearing wheel systems causes two halves to rotate independently. The tapered roller ends allows toe-heel movement and rotation. Although a retaining cord promotes safety, a moderate to high level of fitness is recommended.
