To send it to the foreign, you have to pay the normal postage.
It's larger than a postcard.
The dimensions of the envelope are 160 X 230 mm.
The postogram is 210 X 149 mm.
For competition you have to present the envelope with the postogram,
because the postage is included in the price of the envelope.
It's a 100% postal; then it's edited by the belgian Post-office !
A PARTICULARITY !!!
One can indicate the delivery date of the postogram in the left corner
of the envelope.
In Belgium there is no mail-delivery on Saturdays except but postograms.
If the delivery date marked on the envelope is a Saturday,
it will be delivered on that day.
No mail is delivered on Sundays.
Deze postogram is nog frankeergeldig. Die kan nog verstuurd worden.
Ce postogramme est toujours valable pour les frais de port. Il peut toujours être envoyé.
