Japanese Tokai from 92/93, MBR means Metalic Blue.
The pots were replaced by previous owner along the way, it looks like there are now filters (Low pass and High pass). The bass is passive.
The bass has dots as fret markers, those “block inlays“ are stickers and can be easily removed.
The bass comes with a case depending on what we agree it can be a nicer looking or one not so nice but functional.
