Hello,

Room for rent in Helmond Brouwhuis, 5 min walk from the train station and a commercial centre with supermarkets and more.

The room is situated in my family house so please read the description before applying!
We are looking for a clean and quiet person preferably working, for a long term stay. You will also live in the house with a small kid and 2 small dogs (so we are looking for someone who also likes dogs).
Beside a fully furnished room you will also have at your disposal the rest of the house as shared space:

- a fully equipped kitchen (you do not need to bring anything for this)
- living room
- back garden with a "veranda"
- bathroom
- washing machine and dryer.

We will like to do first a video call to show the house and them you can also visit. ( No payment is required until the day you move in)
The price is 650 euro with everything included.
Also 1000 euro as a deposit
Both have to be paid the day you move in and they are not negotiable.
