Het is een gezellig huis met de slaapkamer, badkamer, werkkamer en berging op de begane grond (extra koel in de zomer) en een woonkamer met balkon en dakterras op de eerste verdieping. De badkamer bevindt zich in de slaapkamer en daarom is dit huis minder geschikt voor vrienden/vriendinnen die willen samenwonen. Omdat het zo centraal gelegen is, zijn alle voorzieningen op loopafstand.Er is tevens een garage naast het huis aanwezig en deze is indien gewenst ook te huur voor 120 euro per maand.-----------------TEMPORARILY FOR RENT (July-November)The rent does not include the costs for gas, water, electricity, internet and TV. Our home is located at a calm and small street at 7 minutes walking distance from the city centre. It's a cosy space to live with a bedroom, bathroom, extra room, storage room at the ground floor (therefore extra cool during the summer) and a living room, kitchen, balcony and rooftop terrace at the first floor. Because the bathroom is situated in the bedroom, it is less suitable for friends who want to live together. Because it's located so close to the city centre, any facility can be found at walking distance. As an optional addition, we have a garage for rent next to the house for 120 euros per month.
