The process of making Relief is super unique, it has a lot of steps and focus, Mama Aicha saids always when i try to focus on the relief i need a lot of patience, first step is to color the strings than dry them naturally, they should stay in the sun for long time to dry them, after that.
she put the string into lines on the organic machine (merma), aicha said at list it took me one week to get the strings ready to start waving, first she has to wave the whole rug till the end then she shaved the first surface of the rug to make the strings one level, then it comes last step which is designing the rug, every line you see on the rug has been taken string by string which they are very small and hard to see, she said it might take 1 month to have it complet and well done.
