DT48 was designed for German submarines in 1936, but it was in production until Beyer run out of material for membranes in 2012. From submarines dt48 came to secret services, then, with Nagra recorders, to movie sound production.
This pair of can came from industrial equipment and looks not used. Ear pads was rubber type, replaced with new original ones. Headband pad is original, as new. Cable is 3 m long, with DIN connector, with 3,5 mm jack
