Prachtig paar grote japanse underglaze blue porseleinen marii trompet vazen, 19e eeuw (beschikbaar met schatting)
kunstenaar/kiln: gemarkeerd ´dai nippon hichozan shinpo sei´ afmetingen: hoogte 52 cm opening 26,5 diam. 15, Voet diam. 21Cm
gewicht: 5,5 kgs/6,0 kgs
staat: 1 vaas perfect, andere vaas 1 (spannings-?)Scheur dewelke stabiel is in de bovenste rand (zie foto´s). Er ontbreekt geen stukje - voor de rest perfect

a pair of japanese porcelain beaker vases, each of cylindrical form with a compressed base and rising to an everted mouth, decorated in underglaze cobalt blue with decorative roundels and fans of landscapes, kacho-e (bird-and-flower) subjects and formal diapers, marked to the base "dai nihon hichozan shinpo sei" - This was a trader who bought vases from various kilns- he operated between 1860 and 1880 which dates these magnificent vases around 1870.
