EMKA 28ht sailing yacht zeiljacht extensive equipment

I'm offering my EMKA 28ht (German Shipyard from Bremen) - She is currently on land in Wergea near Leeuwarden in Friesland. It is very extensively equipped and has been maintained very conscientiously. She sails very well pleasant and forgiving.

Year built: 1978

Engine: Sole mini 17 diesel from 2017. Annually service/oil change. 2023 new oil- and fuel filter.

I've done a lot of upgrades and maintenance over the last few years.


2021, new, more stable, individual mast support made and installed (invoice available).

August 2023, new anti-fouling (in 2016 the underwater hull was rebuilt and tested for osmosis (not apparent), after which she stood on land for two years)

2021, new electrics: 2x 180Ah Ective Deep Cycle consumer batteries, 105Ah Varta Silverdynamic starter battery, 2x100 watts with adjustable railing bracket, 1x110 watts flexible solar panel, 2023 new Ective SSI 1500Watt 4in1 inverter with solar charge controller

2022 diesel heater 5KW

2023 new headsail 100% jib, Challange Warpdrive cloth with new persenning. (other sails: mainsail is used but still ok, 150% genoa heavily used but still functional.)

Spinnaker/whisker pole.

2022 new absorption refrigerator, 2021 alcohol hob semi-gimbal suspension (identical to Origo 3000),

2021 AIS transponder

2023 new Lowrance fishfinder/sonar- 2023 NASA Windclipper display and transmitter

2023 10m, 8mm thick galvanized anchor chain and 20m anchor line with 12kg plate anchor (tested up to 8 bft)

2 person dinghy, with electric outboard motor and 50Ah lithium battery including battery box- Liferaft with holder serviced in 2022

2021 two automatic life jackets


Other: 30 liter diesel tank and 4x 20L diesel canisters, 30liter water tank and 3x 25liter canisters, bathing ladder, deck spotlight, radar reflector, VHF with DSC, additional handheld radio, flexible iPad holder for navigation, additionally old chart plotter/nav, many spare parts and tools, all sorts of small extras such as hammock, cake stall, table for the cockpit, fire extinguisher, 2x 600 watt electric heater in the salon and bow, Raymarine tiller autopilot

Current maintenance/repairs:

- The persenning on the main is done for and needs to be replaced

- Personally, I think the water tank is too small, I would optimize that

- The gelcoat took some scratches in a lock and here and there before. I've already started the repair with new gelcoat, which atm just would needed to be sanded down and polished. I am aiming to do this soonish. Unfortunate I don't have any pictures, but will add these, when I am on it.

Otherwise absolutely sailing/touring-ready. I'm home in Germany at the moment, but planing to go probably on the weekend at 12th of May. The boat can be viewed at any time by arrangement. Price is negotiable. Listening to all offers.
